Our small office is in Keshawapur, over in Hubli. It’s tucked away in KS Colony, which is a nice enough spot to spend the day. We’ve been here for some time now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some tables, chairs, and computers that get the job done. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy glass entrance or a water feature. We mostly just focus on our technical work and try to stay out of the sun during those hot Hubli afternoons. Lunchtime is usually when the place feels most alive because everyone brings food from home and the smells fill up the room. We don’t have any big corporate goals plastered on the walls. We just want to finish our work and get home to our families. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet acts up, and we all have a bit of a laugh about it while we wait for it to start working again. It’s a very local vibe here. We know the shopkeepers nearby and where to get the best tea. We don’t try to act like a giant multinational company. We are just a group of people in Hubli who happen to work in software. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. There is always something new to learn, even if the building is old.
