Jagadeesh Hondadakatti

You can find Jagadeesh Hondadakatti over at Plot No-05 on the 2nd Cross in SMR Nagar. We are part of the Hebballi Agasi Extension in Dharwad. It’s a growing spot and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here over the years. Our building is a simple one, nothing to brag about really. It’s just where we show up to work every morning. We have a small group of people who have been with us for a while. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're from some fancy city office. We’re just local people from Dharwad doing what we know how to do. The office is often a bit cluttered because we’re always busy with something. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes in every night, so we mostly tidy up ourselves. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. We handle the day-to-day stuff as it comes. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of things that need to get done. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door at SMR Nagar. It’s a basic way to run things, but it has served us well so far. We just take things one day at a time.
