Our little setup is over at Diamond Corner in Hubli. The address is CTS No.122/40, right near the NCMV Apartments. It’s a bit different from being in a big city like Bangalore. Things move a little slower here, which we actually quite enjoy. The building is easy to spot if you’re in the Dharwad area. We’ve got a modest space where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s nothing spectacular to look at from the outside, just a regular office in a regular building. Inside, it’s a mix of computer parts, half-empty coffee mugs, and a lot of tangled wires. We don't have a fancy lobby or a person sitting at a desk waiting to sign people in. If someone comes by, one of us just looks up from our screen and says hello. The neighborhood is pretty familiar to us, and we know the guys at the nearby tea stall by name. Sometimes we work late and the street gets really quiet, which is when we get the most done. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving. Hubli is a good place for us because it’s not as chaotic as the bigger tech hubs. We have enough space to breathe and focus on what’s in front of us without all the noise. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people.
