St. Britto Marbles

If you go down 5th Cross, you’ll find us at Plot No 37. St. Britto Marbles is basically just a yard filled with heavy stone and slabs. It's a bit of a dusty place, to be honest, but that's what happens when you deal with marble all day. We spend a lot of time moving things around with the crane or just by hand when we have to. It's hard work and your boots get dirty fast. There isn't really a fancy showroom here. You just walk in and see what we have stacked up against the walls. Some days it's quiet, and other days we have trucks coming and going constantly. We've been in this neighborhood for a long time now. The guys working here know their way around the different types of stone we keep in stock. We don't really do much advertising. Most people just see the sign or hear about us from someone else nearby. It’s a straightforward setup. We cut the stone, we move it, and we load it up. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit difficult, especially when it rains and the yard gets muddy, but we manage. We just like working with our hands. It's a local business through and through. Nothing more to it than that. Just a bunch of us trying to do a decent job every day.
