Our place is at No. 93 on the 2nd Cross in Shaktinagar. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. If you know the Shaktinagar area, you probably know it’s mostly residential with some shops tucked away in the back lanes. Our place isn't hard to find once you get onto the 2nd Cross. We have been here at Sarathi Computers for some time now, just dealing with the daily grind. It’s a small space, nothing too big or flashy, which suits us just fine. Most days start with us opening up the shutters and checking what's on the desk for the day. There's usually a bit of a clutter because we deal with a lot of parts and old cables, but we generally know where everything is. The neighbors are nice, and we see the same faces walking their dogs or going to the market every morning. It feels like a real community around here. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit or the internet acts up, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don’t really do much advertising because most people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. We try to keep things simple. No fancy uniforms or scripted greetings. Just us at the shop doing what we do. It gets busy during certain times of the month, but mostly it's a steady pace. Shaktinagar is a decent place to be based, even if the parking is tough on these narrow roads.
