Maltesh Enterprise

Our small office for Maltesh Enterprise is located in Malmaddi, and we are quite lucky to be so close to the Raghuvinder Swami Temple. You can hear the bells ringing throughout the day and it gives the whole area a nice feeling. We don't have a lot of space, just enough for a couple of desks and some shelving for our files and the items we trade. It’s a very old building and the floors are a bit uneven, so my chair always rolls to one side if I’m not careful. We spend most of our mornings just going through the mail and catching up on what needs to be delivered. The street outside is narrow so we have to be quick when the delivery van shows up or we block the whole path. It’s just me and my nephew running things here, so if one of us is out, the other has to do everything. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small hand-painted one near the door so people know they’ve found the right place. Sometimes we get visitors who are just lost looking for the temple, and we end up giving them directions and having a bit of a talk. It’s not a high-pressure environment and we like it that way. We just keep the business ticking over and try to stay on top of the paperwork every week.
