The shop is over at the Industrial Estate on Gokul Road, specifically at Spl Shed No. C/528. Being in an industrial estate means there is always the sound of machines running in the background. We work with plastics, so the smell of the raw material is something you just get used to after a few days. The shed is quite large, which is lucky because plastic items take up a lot of room. We have our machines lined up and they run for most of the day making various parts and containers. It gets pretty warm inside during the summer months, but we have some big fans to keep the air moving. Most of the folks working here have been with us for a long time, so they know the machines inside and out. We aren't doing anything fancy, just turning out the products that people need for their own businesses or homes. Gokul Road is a busy area, and there is always someone coming or going. We keep our finished stock near the front so it’s easy to load onto the trucks when they pull up. Sometimes we run into issues with the power or a machine breaking down, but that’s just part of the factory life. We fix what needs fixing and keep the production going as best as we can without much fuss.
