V. S. Tools

We are tucked away at Shop 7 in the Akshay Park area, right on Gokul Road. If you know the Hig-6 block, you’ve probably seen our sign once or twice. It isn't a massive place, but V. S. Tools has enough room for what we need. Most days start early, usually with a cup of tea before we start moving crates around. The shelves are mostly full of different kinds of tools, and there is always that smell of metal and a bit of oil in the air. People from around the neighborhood stop by when they’ve got a project going or something broke at home. Sometimes they just want to chat about the traffic on Gokul Road, which can get pretty bad during the afternoons. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, stuff ends up sitting on the counter longer than it should. The lighting in the back of the shop is a little dim, but we know where everything is. It’s mostly just us here, making sure we have the right wrenches or drills when someone asks for them. We don't really do the fancy displays you see in the bigger malls. It is more about having the inventory and knowing what fits what. The rain sometimes leaks a little near the front door if the wind is blowing the right way, but it’s a solid enough spot. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the regulars know the routine.
