Kulkarni K S is based at No.10 on the first floor of the Elite Business Center. You can find us right on P B Road in Dharwad. It's a busy part of the city, and the business center has quite a few offices in it. Our space is just a simple setup with desks and the usual office stuff. We have been working out of this room for some time now. It’s not a very big place, but it has everything we need to get our tasks done. We spend most of our time dealing with various documents and folders. It can get a bit cluttered when we are busy, but that’s just how it goes. The Elite Business Center is a decent building, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it. We don't have a big receptionist or a fancy waiting area. It’s just us doing the work every day. We know the Dharwad area well since we have been here for years. Most of our day is spent at our desks, but we occasionally step out for a quick break on P B Road. We aren't trying to be some high-end firm with a lot of talk. We just focus on being practical and getting the job finished. If you are coming to visit, just look for the sign for the Elite Business Center and head up to the first floor.
