Dharwad is a lot quieter than the big cities like Bangalore, and most of us prefer it that way. We are located on Kelgeri Road, specifically at Hig 11 in Chaitanya Nagar. Being based in this part of Karnataka means we don't have to deal with the soul-crushing traffic every single morning. Our office is a very straightforward place. We work on software, but we don’t act like those big fancy firms you see on TV. We’re just a local team doing our thing. The weather here is usually decent, which makes the ride to Kelgeri Road much better. We have our routines, our morning tea, and our regular work hours. The office isn't decorated with anything flashy; it’s mostly just functional desks and our computers. We just don't spend money on stuff that doesn't actually help us do the job. Most of us have been here for a good while, so it feels more like a small community than just a company. We know the people living and working in Chaitanya Nagar. It’s a practical setup for a software business. We handle our coding and support tasks without making any drama. Sometimes the power goes out or things get slow, but that's just life in a smaller town, and we manage just fine. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’re glad to be here. It feels much more grounded than being in a massive tech hub in the big city.
