Kuber Botanicals Private Limited is situated in Subhash Arcade on Gokul Road. We are right across from the Karnataka Bank. This is where we manage our herbal and botanical extract business. Hubli is a good place for this because we are close to where a lot of the plants are grown. Our office is a simple setup with a few rooms for storage and some desks for the staff. We deal with dried herbs, powders, and different types of plant extracts. The smell of the office is always a bit earthy because of the samples we keep. We aren't a big factory here; it’s mostly just the trading and documentation side of the business. We work with various ayurvedic companies and exporters. Sometimes the shipments get delayed because of the weather or transport strikes, and we have to spend all day on the phone trying to fix it. We have a small team of five people. We usually bring our own tiffins and eat together at the main table. There isn't any fancy corporate culture here. We just know our plants and our customers. We try to be fair with the prices we give to the farmers. It's a quiet office for the most part, except when the bank across the street gets busy. We just do our bit and keep the records straight.
