Ajanta Bakery

We’re located at C-336, right by the 2nd Gate in the industrial estate on Gokul Road. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but the regulars know where to find us. Being in an industrial estate means we get a lot of workers coming in during their breaks. We’ve been baking here for years now. The ovens are almost never cold. We do biscuits, breads, and some sweet things too. My father started this and now a few of us keep it going. It’s not a fancy cafe with nice chairs; it’s more of a place where you just get what you need and go. The heat from the back room can be a bit much in the summer, but we open the shutters to let a breeze in. We don't spend money on logos or big signs, just the one over the door that's been there forever. Sometimes we run out of the popular buns by noon, and people get a bit annoyed, but that’s just how it goes when you bake fresh. We try to treat everyone fair and keep the prices where people can afford them. It’s a noisy spot with the traffic from Gokul Road, but we’ve gotten used to the sound. Just a local bakery trying to stay consistent day after day. No big mystery to it. We just hope the dough rises right every morning so the customers are happy when they stop by.
