Ideatrix Llp

Our office is over at No.47, Gurulinga Jangama Nilaya, which is right on 2nd Main Road in Shivagiri, Dharwad. We are located near the Ganapati Temple, so there is always a bit of a calm feeling around the area, even when it’s busy during festival times. Ideatrix Llp is a small operation, and we like it that way. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to what people face in bigger cities like Bangalore. The building is a traditional-looking place that feels more like a home than a sterile corporate office. We have our desks set up in the main room, and there’s a small backyard where we sometimes sit during our breaks to get some sun and fresh air. It’s a very local feel here. We know the people living in the houses next door and usually say hello when we arrive in the morning. Inside, it’s just a collection of computers, some whiteboards with scribbles on them, and a lot of half-empty water bottles. We don't have any big mission statements or posters on the walls. We just come in and do our work as best as we can. Sometimes we stay late talking about new ideas, but we usually try to wrap things up by dinner time. It’s an honest way to work, and being in Dharwad gives us a bit more breathing room. We just focus on the projects at hand and try to stay productive in our own quiet way.
