We are based out of Hubli, specifically in Shantanagar. The office is at House Number 58, which we call Shri Kusuma. It is located right near Medha School, so it is a pretty easy landmark for anyone coming to visit. Being in the Hubli-Dharwad area is a bit different from being in the big city of Bangalore, and we like the pace here. It is a bit quieter and more relaxed. Our office is essentially a converted house, which gives it a very personal feel. We do not have cubicles or anything like that. We just have tables set up in the different rooms. It is a small team, and we all know each other well. Some of us have been friends since before we started working together. We do not go for anything fancy. The furniture is practical, and the walls have a few old calendars and notes pinned up. We spend our days mostly on the computers, working through whatever projects are on the go. There is usually someone making tea in the kitchen, and the smell of it goes through the whole place. We do not really do the corporate thing with titles and formal meetings. If we need to talk about something, we just sit down and talk. It is an honest, simple way to work. We like being part of the local community here in Shantanagar. It feels like a good place to be.
