Our place of business is at 171/1, known as Dharwad Metallic. We are located in the Billur Industrial Area, which is part of the KIADB zone in Dharwad. It is a pretty large area with a lot of heavy industries surrounding us. We have a good-sized facility where we handle all of our metal work. The air is always a bit dusty around here, but that is just how it is in this kind of industrial park. We started out small and have just kept at it year after year. There is a lot of metal moving in and out of our gates every single day. We have a hardworking crew that takes care of the casting and the finishing work. It isn’t an easy job by any means, but we have developed a good rhythm over time. The roads throughout the KIADB area are mostly used by big trucks. We don't really get many people just walking in. Usually, it is just scheduled pickups or suppliers dropping things off. Dharwad Metallics has its own set routine. We like to start the shifts very early in the morning to get ahead of the heat. The building itself is very practical and built for work. We have a small office space tucked away in the front part of the building. Most of the real action happens in the back area where the furnaces are. We have been part of the local industrial scene for a while.
