Axivon Solutions Private Limited is located in Hubli-Dharwad. We are specifically over in Lingarajnagar North at a house named Ashirwad on the 19th Cross Road. It’s a decent enough spot, though the roads around here can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We’ve been operating from this location for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy or like those big glass buildings you see in the movies. It’s just a normal space with desks, computers, and a few chairs where we sit and handle our daily tasks. Most of us are local people. We usually walk to work or take a short ride. There is a tea shop nearby where we go when we need a break from the screens. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers hovering over us. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes the internet acts up, or it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we manage. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so you see kids playing outside and neighbors chatting. It makes the workday feel more grounded and less like a machine. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or long meetings that go nowhere. We prefer to just talk things through and get the work finished so we can head home to our families. It is a simple way of working.
