The Spartans School Of Excellence

We are out here on the Dharmapuri - Pennagaram Road, specifically in Parvadhanahalli. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town, but that means it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of everything. The school building sits there among the trees and the fields. Every morning, you see the yellow buses making their way down the road, picking up kids from the nearby villages. We spend most of our time just managing the daily schedule. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the classrooms are ready for the students. The Spartans School Of Excellence isn't some big city establishment; it's just a local place where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the wind picks up and blows the red dust around the yard, and we have to sweep it out later. We don't have any fancy mission statements posted on the walls. Mostly, we just talk about what needs to be fixed or who is coming in late. The staff sits together during lunch and eats from their tiffin boxes. You can hear the sounds of the farm equipment in the distance sometimes. It’s a practical sort of life here on the road to Pennagaram. We focus on the books and the lessons and getting home before it gets too dark. It's a steady routine that keeps the whole place moving forward day after day without needing much else.
