Taruwin Vidhya Mandir Universal Model School

Out here in Dharmapuri, specifically in the Sogathur area near Pusaripatti, you’ll find our school. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, which is nice for a change. We have a few buildings spread out, and the ground is mostly just packed dirt where the kids play football or run around. We call it a universal model school, but it’s really just a place where we try to teach the kids their lessons without too much fuss. The buses have to drive down some narrow roads to get the children from the surrounding villages. It’s a long morning for the drivers. The classrooms are simple with fans that hum all day long. We don't have any of those fancy air-conditioned rooms. It gets hot, so we just drink a lot of water and keep going. The staff room is a bit of a mess, usually with someone’s lunch box open and papers piled high on every table. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most parents just come in because they live nearby or heard about us from a cousin. It’s a humble setup, but we’ve got enough space and enough books for everyone. Sometimes the goats from the nearby farms wander too close to the gate, and we have to shoo them away. It’s just life in Pusaripatti.
