Sri Sakthivel Vidyalaya School

You’ll find us out in Seshampatti, which is part of Balajangamanhalli in the Nallampalli area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Dharmapuri town, but it’s a nice quiet spot for a school. Most of the kids come from the nearby farms and small villages. They arrive on the school buses every morning, dusty and ready for the day. We aren't a big school, just a few blocks of classrooms and a bit of open space for the children to play. The trees provide some shade during the afternoon when it gets really warm. We’ve got a mix of young and old teachers who live nearby. Things are pretty straightforward here. We follow the syllabus and try to make sure every child learns to read and write properly. It’s a very local feel, where the teachers know the parents by name. Sometimes we have small functions where the whole village shows up. The classrooms are basic, nothing too modern, but we keep them clean. We have a small office where we handle all the paperwork. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running in a rural area like this. Sometimes the water supply is a bit tricky, or the bus breaks down, but we manage. It’s just how life is in this part of Dharmapuri. We just want the kids to have a fair chance at a good life later on.
