Being up here in Himachal Pradesh is a bit different from the cities. Our location is in Bhanala, which is under the Shahpur Tehsil in the Kangra district. It’s a quiet place, mostly surrounded by hills and a lot of greenery. We run our operations from here, and the air is definitely fresher than what you get in the plains. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the weather, but we’ve learned to deal with that. People from nearby villages come to us because we are one of the few spots around with these kinds of services. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just some desks and computers in a simple building. Most of our days are spent talking to people who need help with their web stuff. We know most of the locals by name now. It’s a long drive from the main town, so we try to get everything right the first time so people don’t have to come back twice. When it rains, everything slows down, and we just sit and wait it out. It is a slow life, but the work gets done eventually. We aren't trying to be the biggest business, just a reliable one for the folks living in this part of Kangra. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us and the community. We stay busy enough without needing to be right in the middle of a big city.
