Hi Tech

Working up here in Palampur is a bit different than the big cities. Hi Tech is located at house number 1614, right in the middle of everything but still feeling like the hills. Himachal Pradesh is a beautiful place to live, even if the winters get quite cold and the rain sometimes keeps people indoors for days. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular house where we do our work. We fix electronics and help folks with their gadgets. Usually, someone will walk up the path with a broken device and we’ll sit down and have a look at it. There is no front desk or secretary here. You just come in and talk to whoever is free. The air is fresh and we can see the mountains when the clouds clear up. It’s a slow life compared to Delhi or Mumbai, but we stay busy enough. Sometimes the power goes out when the weather gets bad, so we keep some flashlights handy. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and everyone around here knows where 1614 is. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing the work right and people telling their friends about us. That’s how things go in a small town like Palampur. We just take it one day at a time.
