The Vectoe Acadamic

The Vectoe Acadamic is based out here in Nirsha. It's a part of Dhanbad that's a bit away from the main city hub. We’ve been here for a while, working out of a simple building that isn't hard to find if you're in the area. We focus on teaching students who need that extra bit of guidance with their studies. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except when the classes are in session and everyone is talking at once. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The desks are simple and the walls are mostly bare, except for maybe a calendar or a map. We just think the focus should be on the books and the lessons. People in Nirsha know us by word of mouth. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Usually, a parent just brings their child over because they heard we help out with the syllabus. We have a small group of people who handle the teaching. It’s not a formal corporate environment. We wear regular clothes and talk to the students like people. Sometimes we have to stay late if someone is struggling with a topic. That’s just part of the job. It's a local thing, and we plan to stay here and keep doing this for as long as people need us. We’re just a small part of the Nirsha community.
