Sri Ganpati Traders

Sri Ganpati Traders is located in Lal Bazar, which is part of Village-Lodna in the Jharia Block. It’s a local trading business where we handle various goods that people in the village and surrounding areas need for their homes. Our shop in Lal Bazar is pretty basic and doesn't have any fancy signs or windows. Mornings are for setting things out and checking what needs to be restocked from the last delivery. Being in Jharia, we’re right in the heart of a busy district, but Lodna still feels like a tight-knit community where everyone knows each other. Most of the people who walk through our doors are known to us by their names. A polished store with big glass windows isn't what we have; it’s more of a practical place for daily essentials. Big marketing budgets aren't used to get people in. We just rely on being there when people need us. Sometimes the roads around here get a bit rough during the rainy season, which makes getting supplies a bit of a challenge for the trucks. But we've lived here long enough to know how to handle these little problems. Taking things one day at a time is how we work. My family helps out with the business, so it’s a group effort to keep things running. Prices are kept fair for our neighbors in the village. It’s a lot of counting and carrying heavy sacks, but that’s just the nature of this kind of job. We are glad to serve our local community here.
