Acc Limited

We are based out of Quarter Number D1 in the Acc Colony at the Sindri Cement Works. Being in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, means we are right in the heart of the industrial area. This isn't your typical office building. It’s a residential quarter that we use for Acc Limited business. It’s got a small front area and a couple of rooms where we keep our files and equipment. Living and working in the same colony makes the commute very short, which is a big plus. The air can be a bit heavy with the dust from the cement works, so we spend a lot of time cleaning off the desks. We have a few chairs for visitors, but most people who come by are just dropping off papers or checking on schedules. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We use a lot of handwritten notes to keep track of things because it’s faster than typing everything out. The neighborhood is mostly other people who work at the plant. In the evenings, you can see everyone out for a walk. It’s a very practical way to live and work. We don't have a big staff here, just a few of us making sure everything at the D1 location stays on track. It’s simple, honest work in a part of the country that is built on industry. We just keep at it and get through the logs.
