Our office is at Q No-Jsq 4A, right inside the ACC Colony in Sindri. If you are familiar with the Dhanbad area, you know this is a real industrial kind of place. It is all about the work here, day in and day out. We spend our days surrounded by the sounds of the plant and the big trucks coming and going. It is a bit of a dusty life, being in the cement business, but we don't mind it much after all these years. We have been here long enough that the dust just feels like a normal part of the day. We are not a big fancy outfit with a lot of employees. It is a small space where we keep our records and talk to the people who need supplies. We see a lot of the same drivers and workers every single day. It is a tight community in the colony, and we all know each other. We don't do much in the way of advertising because everybody around Sindri already knows exactly where we are located. We just focus on making sure the orders are right and the bags are handled carefully so they don't break. Sometimes the power goes out, or the weather turns bad, but we just keep going anyway.
