Shyam Traders

We are over at Bank More. If you know the Mithu Road area, you probably know where we sit. It’s right near the Matkuria Asmashan Ghat. People pass by all day. Some are heading to work, others are just out for a walk. It gets busy during the middle of the day, then quietens down when the sun starts setting. We’ve been at this spot for a bit. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we do our work. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside if we leave the door open too long. Our neighbors know us well enough. We keep things simple here. We don't have a big team or anything like that. Just a few of us making sure everything is handled. The Tehsil and District area is always humming with some kind of activity. You hear the horns honking and people shouting greetings across the street. We usually start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. By the time it’s noon, we’re mostly inside keeping out of the sun. It’s a good location for us because everyone knows the landmark. It makes it easier to tell people where to find Shyam Traders. We don't spend much time on decorations. Most of our space is taken up by stuff we need for the day's tasks. It’s just how things are around here. We like the rhythm of the neighborhood and how everyone just gets on with their business without too much fuss.
