We set up shop here in J.P. Nagar on Road No-10. Being near the Sarweshwari Ashram makes it easy for people to find us in this part of Dhanbad. It’s a local retail business, so we’re usually busy sorting through stock or talking to neighbors who drop by. The office is basically part of the community here. Mr. Bijay Sinha’s place is well-known around these parts, which helps. We aren't a giant chain with hundreds of stores, just a private limited setup trying to keep things moving. The day starts early with checking what came in and what needs to go out. Jharkhand weather can be tough, especially in the heat, but we stay open. There’s always paperwork to do, which isn't the fun part, but it’s necessary for the retail trade. We have a small team, and everyone does a bit of everything. One minute you're on the phone, the next you're moving boxes. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls; it’s more practical than that.
