Discrete

Discrete is located right in the middle of Dhanbad City. We’ve been around for a while, working out of a simple office that doesn't have much in the way of decoration. It’s a practical space where we handle our daily tasks and talk to anyone who stops by. Most of our work involves staying organized and keeping track of various projects we have going on at any given time. The street outside can get pretty loud with all the rickshaws and motorbikes passing by, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big team, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. One day it might be filing papers, and the next day it’s meeting with someone who stopped by for help. We keep a pot of tea going most afternoons to keep us awake. It’s the kind of place where you can just drop in and have a chat about what we do. We don’t use any complicated jargon or try to sound like a big corporation. We’re just local people providing a service to the city we live in. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit for it to come back, but that’s just how it is here. We try to be helpful and honest in our dealings. There’s no grand plan, just a commitment to showing up every day and doing what is needed.
