Bluegrass Technologies is situated in Chandrapura. Our office is right by the post office in the village. It is an interesting spot because we are quite close to the Damodar River bridge. You can hear the water sometimes when it’s quiet. We are in the Bermo Taluka area. Being a tech company in a village might seem a bit odd to some people from the big cities, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different technical tasks and support. The internet can be a bit slow when the weather gets bad, but we manage. Most of us grew up around here. We aren't wearing suits or sitting in glass buildings. It’s just a normal brick building where we do our coding and tech support. We have some good tea shops nearby where we take our breaks. Sometimes we walk down toward the river to clear our heads. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We just focus on the screens and the clients who call us. It is a bit of a drive for people coming from the main towns, but once you find the bridge, you’re close. We like the pace of life here. It keeps us grounded while we work on modern things.
