Up here in Dewas, we’ve been running the school for some time. It’s located at the 455001 zip code area, which is pretty central. Every morning starts about the same way. The gates open and the kids start arriving from all over the neighborhood. We don’t really do anything flashy. It’s just a school where teachers teach and students try to get their work done. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when there’s an event or the weather gets really hot. We have the usual classrooms and a bit of space for the kids to move around during their breaks. It's not a massive place, but we have enough room for everyone. You can hear the noise from the street outside sometimes, but we’re used to it. The staff mostly just gets on with things. We fix the chairs when they break and make sure there’s enough chalk or markers for the day. Parents come by to talk about their kids, and we just tell them how things are going. It’s a practical place. We don’t have big fancy billboards or anything like that. People in Dewas know us by word of mouth mostly. We just focus on keeping the classes going and making sure the building stays in one piece. It’s a lot of work, but it's what we do every day. Dealing with schedules and keeping track of everyone takes up most of our time, but it’s just the job.
