We started Shrinjini Farmer Producer Company Limited because we wanted to handle things ourselves here in Gadhawa. It’s mostly just us neighbors coming together. Satyendra Kumar Yadav’s place in Karamtar is where we usually meet up to talk about the crops and how the season is going. Being in Deoria, the weather keeps us busy most of the year. We aren't a big office or anything fancy like that. It’s just a group of people from the village trying to make the farm work pay off a bit better for everyone involved. Sometimes we sit around at the address in 274182 and just figure out who needs what for their land. It gets dusty and loud when the tractors are moving, but that's just how life is here. We don't have a big marketing team. We just know the soil. It’s hard work, and sometimes the rain doesn't come when it should, but we keep at it. Most of us have lived in Gadhawa our whole lives. We know every corner of these fields. If you come by the house, you'll probably see a few of us drinking tea and arguing about the price of seeds or the latest tractor parts. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep our families going and make sure the farming stays solid for the next generation. It’s a simple setup, really. No big speeches or fancy logos, just local people working together in the dirt.
