This business is run out of Sampur in Deoria. We are located at Ram Bhoo Lal’s place. It’s a small operation, really. Haritshivalika Agritech (Opc) Private Limited isn’t some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s more of a personal thing where we focus on the technical side of farming. Being in Deoria means we are close to the ground, literally. We spend a lot of time traveling between different spots to see how the crops are doing. The office itself is simple. We don’t have fancy rugs or air conditioning that works all the time. It’s just a place to keep the tools and the records. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit messy, so getting here can be a chore. But that’s just life in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We try to stay organized, even if the desk gets cluttered with notes and soil samples. People stop by to chat about their land, and we listen. There’s no rush to be the biggest company around. We just want to do our bit here in 274408. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but it feels right to be working in the same place we grew up. We don’t have a lot of time for polished talk, we just get on with it every day. It is not always easy, but we are here.
