Bhatpar Rani Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited started because a few of us in Jasui village were tired of trying to handle everything alone. Our address is care of Krishna Kumar, right here in the village under the Bhatpar Rani post office. It’s a quiet place, mostly just fields and the sounds of the village. We aren't a big corporation from the city. We are just local farmers who know the ground in 274702. Krishna keeps the books at his place in Jasui. We meet up there to talk about what we are going to plant next or how to get the tractors fixed. It's not always easy, especially when the weather doesn't go our way. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to get by and help our families. Being in a farmer producer company helps us get better prices for what we grow in Bhatparrani. Most of us have been farming since we were kids. This is just what we do. We know everyone in the Thana-Bhatpar Rani area. If you ask for Krishna's house, anyone can point you there. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make farming a bit more stable for the folks around Jasui. It’s just us, the land, and the work that needs doing.
