Yadav Transformer

It’s usually pretty loud over here at Yadav Transformer in Gandhi Nagar. If you walk toward 1265811, you’ll probably hear the humming or the sound of heavy metal moving around before you even see the shop. We’ve been handling these big boxes and copper coils for a long time now. It’s dirty work, honestly. Your hands stay stained with oil and grease most of the day, but that’s just how it is when you’re dealing with electrical hardware. The shop isn't much to look at, just a workspace filled with tools, wire scraps, and transformers waiting to be fixed or sent out. Some of these units are huge and take a lot of muscle to move across the floor. We see a lot of local guys coming in when their power goes sideways or when a piece of equipment burns out in the summer heat. There’s no air conditioning in here, so we just keep the fans going and drink a lot of tea while we work on the windings. It’s a lot of manual labor, checking connections and making sure the insulation is right. We don’t do much talking while the work is actually happening because you have to pay attention to what you’re doing with the high-voltage stuff. People in Gandhi Nagar know where we are if their power setups are failing. We just try to get the repairs done so things can get back to running normally for them as soon as possible.
