You can find our shop at G-56 in the Vikas Marg Main Market. It’s a very busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out looking for things after work. The shop is packed to the ceiling with wires, bulbs, switches, and all sorts of electrical parts. It’s a bit of a squeeze to get around inside because we try to keep a bit of everything in stock just in case. If someone needs a specific fuse or a length of black cable, we usually have it buried somewhere on the back shelves. It’s dusty work, and my hands are usually a bit dirty from handling the metal and plastic components all day long. We’ve been at this location for years, so we know most of the other shopkeepers in the market. The street is always loud with horns and people shouting, but you get used to that noise after a week. There isn't a fancy display window; it’s mostly just cardboard boxes stacked up. When the lights go out in the neighborhood, people usually come running to us for batteries or emergency torches. We don't do anything special, just sell the parts that people need to keep their homes running. Sometimes we help people figure out which wire goes where, but mostly we just sell the stuff and move on. It’s a simple life behind the counter on Vikas Marg for all of us.
