There’s always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery in the background. We have been working out of this unit for a while. It's a practical space, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we need. Dealing with poly products means there's always something to organize or ship out. Our team shows up early, usually before the sun gets too high, because it can get pretty warm in the warehouse later in the day. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stories about us. We are just people who know how to handle the manufacturing side of things. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of the inventory. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we catch up eventually. J 4 is a busy corner of the estate. We’ve got neighbors doing all sorts of different things, but everyone mostly stays to themselves and focuses on their own business. We like the rhythm of the workday here. It is steady and predictable. We just try to stay organized and make sure everything stays on track. It's just a regular workplace where we do our best to get the jobs done every day without much fuss. There is always something to do here.
