J. P. Interio

Our office for J. P. Interio is at A 52 in Indira Enclave, Sarai. Being near IGNOU means there are always students and people moving around the area. We work out of a space that is often filled with wood samples, paint swatches, and measuring tapes. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but that’s because we are constantly working on different interior ideas. We have a few desks and a big table where we spread out the blueprints and drawings. Sometimes there’s a bit of sawdust on the floor if we’ve been looking at materials, but we try to keep it tidy enough for visitors. The building is a regular brick structure and we’ve been here for a while, so we know all the other shop owners on the block. We don't have a big sales team or anyone in a suit. Usually, it’s just us with a pencil behind our ear, trying to figure out how to fit a cabinet into a tight corner. We drink a lot of coffee while we work, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. It’s a practical place where we put in long hours to make sure the designs are right. We don't go for flashy decorations ourselves; we just let the work we do for others speak for itself. It’s a local, honest way to make a living.
