We operate out of B-1 in the SMS Industrial Estate, right off G T Karnal Road. It’s a big, dusty area with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day long. Our warehouse is mostly just filled with stacks of cardboard boxes and rolls of tape. It smells like paper and old wood in here. We spend most of our time packing things up and making sure they are ready to be loaded onto the trucks. It’s a lot of physical labor. My back usually aches by the time I head home. We don't have a fancy office upstairs, just a desk near the main door where we keep the logs. The traffic on G T Karnal Road is usually a mess, so we have to plan everything around it. If a truck is late, everything gets backed up. We aren't a corporate giant. We’re just a group of people who know how to pack things so they don't break. We use a lot of bubble wrap and tape. Sometimes the tape dispenser breaks, and we have to fix it with a pair of pliers. It’s a straightforward job. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just show up, do the packing, and make sure the labels are on straight. It’s been our routine for years now, and we’re used to the noise and the dust. I keep a radio playing in the corner to break the silence during the quiet hours.
