Our office is located at 319 in the F.I.E. section of Patparganj Industrial Estate. It’s one of those parts of Delhi where everyone is busy doing something. We’ve been here for a while, working in the energy sector. We don't have a big sign out front or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us at a desk or working on a piece of equipment. We handle a lot of the technical side of energy, making sure things actually work the way they're supposed to. It’s a lot of testing and re-testing. We aren't into making big promises or using fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just work. Some days are long, especially when we have a big deadline, but we get through it. The tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up for a break. We know most of the other shop owners on this block. It's a tight-knit community in its own way. We focus on the practical side of things. If something is broken, we fix it. If someone needs a system set up, we go out and do it. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our knowledge comes from just doing the job day after day. That's pretty much all there is to know about us and how we run things. It's nothing fancy, just a group of people trying to do a good job.
