Pilot Industries Ltd.

Pilot Industries Ltd. is based on the second floor of Aditya Mega Mall, in units Ss-2 and 3. It’s a little bit unusual to have an industrial-sounding company inside a shopping mall, but we’ve been here for a while and it actually works out fine. We are right near the CBD ground, so we see all the big events and crowds from our office windows. The mall can be pretty loud on the weekends, but during the week, it’s mostly just us and the other office tenants on the upper floors. Our office is pretty basic, with some old filing cabinets and desks that have seen better days. We do a lot of our work over the phone and on the computer, handling the logistics and planning side of things. It’s not a fancy corporate suite; it’s more of a functional space where we can get our paperwork sorted. Sometimes people get confused and think we are a retail store because of the mall location, but they usually figure it out once they see all the ledgers and technical drawings. We have a small team, and we usually take turns going down to the food court to grab lunch for everyone. It’s a simple setup, and it keeps our overhead costs down. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a glass boardroom; we just want to get the business handled.
