Out here on G T Karnal Road, things are always moving fast. We are located in the Dilkhush Industrial Estate at CM-4. You’ll find us there under the name Vipra Polytrusion Pvt Ltd. It’s an industrial area, so don’t expect a quiet place to sit down. There is always the sound of machines or trucks loading up outside. We work with plastics and polytrusion, which basically means we have these big machines running most of the time. It gets quite hot on the floor, especially in the middle of summer when the Delhi heat hits the tin roofs. We aren’t a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a place where people wear boots and get their hands dirty. We’ve been at CM-4 for a while now. Most of the guys working here have been with us for years. We know the security guards at the gate and the guys at the tea shop nearby. Usually, we keep the back door open for some air. The dog that hangs around the estate gate often comes inside to find a cool spot on the floor. Sometimes the raw material delivery is late because of the traffic on the main road, but we manage to get things sorted out eventually. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the parts are right. There isn’t much to say other than we work hard and go home when the shift ends. It’s just a normal factory life in a busy industrial estate.
