Vinod Plastic Industries Pvt Ltd is located at 20 Rama Road in the Raja Garden Industrial Area. This isn't a place for quiet or clean shoes. It’s an industrial zone, so there is always the sound of machines running and trucks reversing in the lane. We’ve been at this site for quite some time now. The factory floor is where most of the action happens. We have several machines that run for most of the day, and the smell of raw materials is just something we’ve all gotten used to over the years. My father started things here, and now we just keep the wheels turning. We have a small office tucked away in the corner where the air conditioner actually works, but most of the time we are out on the floor checking on the production. We don’t have any polished corporate brochures or a dedicated sales team. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time and they just call us when they need a new batch of items. The walls are a bit stained from the industrial grease and the floor has its fair share of scuffs. We keep a simple routine. We start early, check the machines, manage the staff, and try to get everything loaded before the evening traffic hits Rama Road. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. There’s no mystery to it. We just focus on making things right.
