Venus Plastic

Venus Plastic is tucked inside Gali No 11 at 629 A in Sadar Bazar. If you’ve ever been to Sadar Bazar, you know how easy it is to get lost in those little lanes. Our shop is small, but we pack a lot into it. We mostly sell plastic goods in bulk to other traders, but we have locals stopping by too. The space is pretty cramped, and we usually have to move three things just to get to one. It’s just the way it is in this part of Delhi. We don’t have air conditioning, so in the summer we just keep the fans going and drink a lot of water. There’s a tea stall just around the corner that we go to twice a day. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and everyone helps each other out when they can. The building is old and the stairs are a bit steep, so we have to be careful when we’re carrying heavy boxes up and down. We don't do any big advertising or have a logo on the wall. People find us by word of mouth or by wandering down Gali No 11. It’s hard work and the days are long, but it’s what we know. We just open up the shutters every morning and see what the day brings. Most of the time, we are just busy organizing stock.
