We’re over at 101, Vardhman Master Plaza in Gazipur. It’s a decent building, and being in Gazipur puts us in a good spot for all the transport links. Vaibhav Translogist Pvt. Ltd. is the name on our lease. We handle a lot of logistics work, which mostly means we spend our time on the phone or looking at tracking screens. It’s a lot of coordination. You’d be surprised how much goes into just moving things from point A to point B. We have a small office here on the first floor. It’s usually got a few empty tea cups lying around and a lot of printed out manifests. We aren't corporate types who wear suits every day. We’re more about getting the trucks loaded and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or a closed road, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s the nature of the business. We’ve been at the Vardhman Master Plaza for a few years now. The area is always busy with traffic, which suits us just fine. We just try to be honest with people about how long things will take. We don't make big promises we can't keep. It's just about being practical and keeping the wheels turning. We're a small team, but we work hard to keep everything on track.
