Nanak Traders

You can find Nanak Traders in Gali No. 4, Block No. 4, near the Azad Dhaba in Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh. It’s a very busy part of the city. There are always rickshaws and people moving about. We deal in various goods and our shop is usually full of crates and bags. We don't have a fancy office. It’s just a desk in the corner and a lot of storage space for everything we sell. We spend the day on the phone or talking to people who walk in. Karol Bagh is a place where everyone is trading something. We have been here for quite some time now. Some days are very hectic with deliveries coming in and out all at once. We just try to keep up with the pace. It gets hot in the summer but we keep the fans going. We don't spend money on big ads. Our reputation comes from being here and doing the work. If a customer needs something, we look for it in the back. We aren't corporate people with suits. We wear regular clothes and get our hands dirty when needed. Sometimes the truck can't get down the narrow street and we have to carry things by hand. That’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We stay late to finish the accounts and then head home to rest before doing it again.
