V G Plastic Pvt Ltd has its office at Room 302 in the Anupam Bhavan Commercial Complex in Azadpur. Being in a commercial complex means we share the building with all sorts of other businesses, so there’s always people coming and going in the elevators. Our office is a simple one. It’s where we handle the paperwork, the orders, and the phone calls for our plastic business. We deal with bulk supplies and manufacturing details from here. It’s not a factory floor, so it’s a bit quieter than where the actual production happens, but it still gets busy with people checking on deliveries. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full, and a table for meetings. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets or talking to clients about their requirements. We’ve been operating out of this Azadpur location for a while. The area is a major hub, which makes it easier for us to stay connected with the transport side of things. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or expensive furniture. It’s a functional space meant for getting work done. Sometimes the electricity in the building acts up, or the stairs are crowded, but we manage just fine. We’re just a small team trying to keep the orders moving and the customers informed about where their stuff is without making things too complicated for anyone.
