V B Polymer Pvt Ltd

We’ve been here at Narela Dsidc Industrial Area for a while now, specifically at unit 1332. It’s a busy place with all the factories around us and the trucks coming in and out every morning. Our work at V B Polymer Pvt Ltd is basically about getting the plastic stuff right. It’s noisy because of the machines running all day but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started small, just a couple of us trying to figure out how to run the molds without making too much waste. Now the floor is usually covered in bags of raw material and finished parts waiting to be loaded up. The staff mostly comes from the nearby areas and we all just show up, do the shifts, and head home when the sun goes down. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It's just a concrete building where we handle the orders that come through. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how things go in Narela. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or decorating the walls because there's always a new batch of polymers that needs our attention. Most days involve checking the heat settings on the extruders and making sure the inventory matches what we wrote down in the ledger. It's a lot of manual work and sweating in the heat, especially during the summer months when the roof gets really hot.
