Universal Mould & Tools

Our workshop, Universal Mould & Tools, is situated at F-284 in Phase III of the Okhla Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial area means we are surrounded by other people making things, which suits us just fine. We work with moulds and various tools, so the place is full of heavy metal blocks and the smell of cutting fluid. It’s a practical environment where we focus on the technical details of what we are making. We don't have a showroom or a glossy brochure to hand out. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us hunched over a machine or looking at a technical drawing on a cluttered desk. The floor is concrete and has some stains, but that’s what happens in a place where real work gets done. We have a small crew, and we’ve all been doing this for a long time. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make the tools and moulds that other businesses need to create their products. It can be hot in the summer and a bit drafty in the winter, but we just keep our heads down and work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a corporate image. We just care about the precision of the parts we produce and getting them finished on time for our customers. That’s how we have always operated and we don't plan on changing it now.
