Uniplast Industries

Uniplast Industries is located in the Mangolpuri Industrial Area Phase II, at B 81. This is a place where we deal with plastic manufacturing, so the environment is very different from a regular office. It’s noisy because the machines are running most of the time to keep up with the production schedule. We have rows of equipment and raw materials stacked up in the corners. The floor is concrete and there’s always a bit of a plastic smell in the air, which you get used to after a while. Our workers are usually busy monitoring the molds or packing the finished items into large sacks for shipping. Mangolpuri is a busy industrial zone, so there’s constant movement of goods and people in the lanes outside. We focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the plastic doesn't have any obvious flaws. It’s practical work. Sometimes the machines need maintenance, and that’s when things get a bit messy with oil and tools lying around. We keep a ledger of the daily output and the raw plastic granules we use up. It’s a straightforward industrial operation without any bells or whistles. We’ve been in this spot for a good amount of time, seeing the area change around us while we just keep making our products. The shifts change, the machines stop for a bit, and then we start all over again the next morning.
