If you’ve ever been to Bhagirathi Place in Chandni Chowk, you know it’s a bit of a maze. We’re at No. 1892-H in the Hari Ram Market, specifically in the Katra Babu Ram section. It’s crowded, noisy, and honestly, a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. Our shop is packed with electrical supplies from floor to ceiling. There isn’t much room to move around once the boxes start arriving in the morning. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or glossy brochures. People find us because they know we’ve been here in Delhi-110006 for a long time. The air in the market is always thick with the smell of street food and old buildings. We start early, usually before the crowds get too thick, but by midday, it’s a sea of people outside. We handle a lot of different electrical parts, and half the time we’re climbing ladders to find a specific bulb or wire for someone. It’s a lot of manual work, checking stock and loading bags. We don't have a "philosophy" or a "vision" that we talk about; we just try to get the right parts to the people who need them. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a five-minute break. It’s just how life goes in Katra Babu Ram. It’s busy, it’s messy, and it’s home for the business. There's always someone shouting for a rickshaw or a delivery guy trying to push through the throng.
